Case Study: RE/MAX Property Management Services

Since 2011, the contract between RE/MAX Property Management Services and Target Zero Waste Consulting has grown by more than 800 per cent. Today, Target Zero Waste Consulting handles waste and recycling needs for both multi-family and commercial buildings. It reviews and manages all service contracts with the service providers, works with property managers to handle any issues that arise with haulers’ service, and keeps the client informed about industry trends.


Target Zero Waste Consulting continually finds opportunities to decrease costs yet improve service for RE/MAX Property Management Services. “Frankly, we were quite pleased to learn Target Zero Waste would handle all the waste and recycling needs of the properties we managed.
